For example, if you are an active person who likes sports, running can become one of your favorite activities. However, since running is not your favorite activity, you may also want to try yoga or Pilates instead. Or if you are more flexible and like to dance, you may prefer dancing or dance class to cheer up your heart rate. Then there are different kinds of exercises, so let's talk about them once again.
1. Choose low-intensity cardio exercises that will create resistance in your muscles. If you want to burn fat, then low-intensity exercises are great. Low-intensity exercises stimulate the cardiovascular system as well as help in burning calories. These exercises are effective for those struggling to lose weight, but for gaining muscle mass.
2. Reduce physical intensity in cardio exercises. Nowadays many people think they can gain muscles by using extremely high-intensity cardio. This method doesn't work at all. You don't get many results and ultimately, you end up losing all your gains. Thus, it is really important to use moderate-intensity cardio instead. On the other hand, low-intensity cardio requires less effort and more results. At the same time, you get better results.
3. Don't overdo your cardio workouts. The main thing you should think about during your workout routine is the amount of energy you need. For instance, if you are doing three workouts on two days in a row, you can start thinking about changing your pace, and giving your body extra energy. But always remember the number of repetitions. After all, if you do too many repetitions, you won't build muscle instead it just creates unnecessary strain.

But men, just need to do a little bit more exercise to improve their balance and coordination. This way, you can see that even women with smaller or more toned bodies can still achieve a muscular structure.
